Garlic Chilli Calamari with Snow Peas Recipe
*2 tbsp olive oil
*2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
*1 calamari (cut into strips)
*corn flour - enough to coat calamari
*300g Snow Peas
*1 tsp chilli
*3 tbsp SAORI Tsuyu ( Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce)
*sea salt to taste
Recipe
1: Coat calamari with corn flour
2: Simmer garlic and chilli in olive oil (start with cold oil) till the flavour comes out (a nice smell)
3:Add calamari and continue to cook for 3-5 mins.
4:Add snow peas and drizzle on some Seaweed and Soya Japanese Sauce. Cook for another 2-3 mins.
4:Garnish with sea salt.
