Japanese calamari harusame (bean vermicelli ) salad recipe



This beautiful noodle salad tales only 10 minutes to make because you don't have to boil bean vermicelli.Soak the noodles in hot water while preparing other ingredients. It tastes good hot or cold. Great meal as lunch or side dish.


Ingredients - serves 2 as a main meal
1:200g harusame ( bean vermicelli noodles)
2:1 calamari - sliced
3:1 capsicum - cut into strip
4:1 spring onion
5:1 knob of garlic - fineley chopped
6:1 tbsp sesame oil
7:2-3tbsp SAORI Goma (Sesame & Soya Japanese Sauce)
8:2 tbsp white vinegar

1:Soak the noodles in hot water while preparing other ingredients
2:stir-fry garlic in sesame oil and then add calamari & capsicum. cook ferther 5 minutes or until calamari is cooked.
3: combine bean vermicelli, calamari and capsicum and flavour with SAORI Goma and vinegar
