Stir-fry Tofu Bok Choy Recipe ( tofu chingensai itame)

Tofu is tasteless? NO WAY...well not if you know how to cook it properly. Stir-fry garlic and chilli in olive oil and flavour with SAORI Seaweed and Soya Japanese Sauce ...it is Yummy !



Ingredients
1 bunch bok choy - cut into thirds
100g tofu - cubed
1 knob of garlic - finely chopped
1 spring onion - finely chopped
1 pinch chilli
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp SAORI Tsuyu (Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce)
Sea salt to taste

Recipe
1: simmer garlic and chilli in olive oil until garlic is golden brown
2: add tofu and continue to cook further for a few minutes. This coats the tofu with garlic and chilli oil.


3: add bok choy and spring onion, then flavour with SAORI Tsuyu. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.


4: add salt to taste
