Kimuchi Rissoles Recipe

Kimuchi is Korean pickles. My son has loved Kimuchi since he was two...even though they are quite spicy. I make meat dishes with them sometimes and tonight's dinner was Kimuchi Rissoles served with rice and steamed vegetables.
*Ingredients-makes 8 rissoles*
1:300g beef mince
2:200g kimuchi
3: 1 egg
4: 2 tsp bread crumbs
5: 100ml SAORI Soba Noodle Sauce

a: Combine beef mince, kimuchi, egg, bread crumbs in a bowl and nead them well.
b: Make 8 rissoles
c: Cook them in a frying pan (with a little olive oil) untill one side is cooked and then turn them over.
d: Pour Soba Noodle Sauce onto the rissoles and put on the lid.
e: When the sauce thickens up, turn them over again to flavour the other side.

VERY easy to make and VERY easy to enjoy!!
