Spring Rolls - Harumaki I like spring rolls but they can be little oily for me. When I make them, I never deep fry them. Using your oven is the key to making healthy Spring Rolls. And...they taste much better this way too. It's school holidays...so make sure the whole family gets involved!

Spring Rolls - Harumaki Recipe - makes 25 rolls

*25 sheets spring roll pastry (25cm×25cm)
- find them in super marktes in the frozen food section
*100g bean vermicelli
*1 onion
*50g pork ( or carrots, prawns etc)
*1 bunch of bok choi
*2 tbs SAORI Soba Noodle Sauce

Dipping Sauce
*30ml Sesame Soya Dressing
*30ml White vinegar

1: soak vermicelli in hot warter for 10 mins
2: chop onion, bok choi and pork into small pieces
3: stir-fry vermicelli, onion, bok choi and pork untill pork is cooked. Flavour with Soba Noodle Sauce
4: wrap ingredients in spring roll pastry - place end of the pastry on the bottom side.
5: spray with olive oil and cook in oven (250℃) for 15 mins
6: make dipping sauce by mixing Sesame Soya Dressing and white vinegar
7: enjoy your homemade Japanese meal
