Miso Ramen Recipe

Miso Ramen ! Today we ate Japanese Miso Ramen Noodles. It was a bit cold so I wanted something hot. Sapporo city, where I am from, is very famous for Ramen Noodles. Small Ramen restaurants are everywhere and I used to eat at them quite often. Normally making Ramen is little complicated but with my sauce...it's easy! While boiling the egg noodles - make the soup. Put the miso paste and BBQ Dipping Sauce (1 tbsp of each per person) into a hot stock (chicken or vegetable)...and the soup is ready. Add the cooked noodles and your favourite toppings (ie. spinich, carrots, chinese vegies, boiled egg, meat etc etc). Oh...and slurp it down...ramen restaurants are VERY noisy places.
