Teriyaki Tofu Recipe


Last night's dinner was " Teriyaki Tofu". Roll tofu in corn flour and pan fry both sides for approx. 2 mins each in olive oil . Then drizzle on 50ml SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce ( I used the gluten free one) and 1 tbsp brown sugar and fry on low heat until the sauce caramalises and thickens (about 5 mins). Turn tofu over and fry for a further minute (to get the sauce on both sides). Garnish with grated ginger.
I had never tried this recipe till last night and I think it actually tastes better than teriyaki chicken. I was shocked!
