Fried tofu (abura-age) stuffed with natto recipe


Natto is one of Japans "super foods". It contains a lot of Vitamin K1. It is very very healthy but it has very strong taste as well. Of course I love natto but my husband didn't so I've tried a variety of recipes using natto and....finally yeah...my husband actually enjoys natto with this recipe.
The natto is well wrapped in abura-age (thin fried tofu) so it is not as sticky and it doesn't have a strong smell.
If you want to eat natto (and be healthy), try this recipe.

Ingredients
*2 abura-age (thin fried tofu)
*2 packets natto
*SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce( Tsuyu )
garnish
*2 tbsp grated daikon( Japanese radish)
*2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion

Recipe
1: cut one end of the abura-age open


2: flavour natto with SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce
(1 teaspoon for 1 packet of natto)
3: put natto in abura-age and fry both sides in a frying pan


4:top with grated daikon and spring onion and drizzle on SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce
